Whilst we do supply bed linen, bath towels, kitchen utensils and tableware, we would like to note that the lodges are fully self catered. Therefore we welcome you to bring along anything you feel you may need along with you like extra towels, toilet roll, serveware, napkins, cleaning products etc.

Yes. There is parking directly outside of the cabin, and only two small steps to enter the lodge. If you have any mobility issues please let a member of our team know and they will allocate the most suitable lodge for you.

As this is self-catered accommodation, we do not offer housekeeping services for the duration of your stay. The beds will be made up for arrival and we ask you to strip them for us on departure. For longer stays please speak to a member of our team if you would like to arrange any housekeeping.

WI-FI is not currently available in the lodges, however we do have free WI-FI in our clubhouse that you are most welcome to visit and use. There is usually a strong 4G service but this does depend on your provider, and due to our countryside location we cannot guarantee the speed and connectivity.

We love our furry friends! We allow 2 pets per lodge, at a £20 fee per pet per week. In line with our house rules we do ask that pets are not left alone in the property, do not use the furniture or go into the bedroom areas.

Our hotels rooms are upstairs with access via a staircase only. If you have any mobility issues please let a member of our team know and they will discuss with you your options. We offer on site log cabin accommodation that may be more suited.

Whilst we are very pet friendly and welcome all furry friends, pets are restricted to the clubhouse and log cabins so we do not allow them in our hotel rooms. Please let us know if your dog is particularly well behaved or small and we can always see what we can do!

If you’re travelling with a child under 3 who doesn’t require any additional bedding or a separate bed, please let us know when booking — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request or provide a cot so they can join you!

Our room rates are for accommodation only and do not include breakfast. Our on site cafe and bar serves coffee and teas, juices, pastries and other bakes from 8am so you do have the option to purchase these.

Check-in is opening during the hotel clubhouse/reception opening hours available to view on our website. Enjoy the convenience of a separate private entrance for easy access when the hotel reception is closed.
