Reservations & Payment
A valid credit/debit card is required to secure all bookings.
Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking or check-in, depending on the rate selected.
No-show or late cancellation charges may apply as per the cancellation policy.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to arrival to avoid charges.
In case of a no-show or late cancellation, the full rate will be charged.
Please note that bookings made under our non-refundable discounted rate are final. This means that once your reservation is confirmed, no refunds, changes, or cancellations can be made. By choosing this rate, you accept that the full amount will be charged at the time of booking and will not be refunded under any circumstances.
We recommend this option only if your travel plans are fixed.
Check-In Policy
Guests are required to check in during the clubhouse/reception opening hours, which are listed on our website.
Please ensure you plan your arrival within these times, as we are unable to guarantee check-in outside of reception hours. If you’re unsure or expect to arrive late, we recommend contacting us in advance to discuss your options.
Occupancy
Maximum occupancy per room must not be exceeded. If you’re travelling with a child under 3 who doesn’t require any additional bedding or a separate bed, please let us know when booking — we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Damage & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay.
The hotel is not liable for loss or theft of personal belongings.
Smoking Policy
Fingle Glen is a non-smoking property. A cleaning fee of £250 will be charged for violations.
Pets
Pets are allowed with prior approval and applicable fees.
